Data Services - General Conditions

In liberalized energy markets tight time-lines are set by the basic regulations (Germany: VVII; Grid Code; Distribution Code and Metering Code) for the handling of all processes in which all market partners have to collect and interchange data among themselves. Only by strict adherence to these time slots all partners are enabled to bill their products ( energy, grid-transportation, input, generation etc.) efficiently and correctly and/or to establish and register their schedules for the next day well in time.

from 00:00 hrs Metering previous day completed, start of data collection
from 00:15 hrs   Start processing for control, storage in process data banks
until 05:30 hrs   Data retrieval finished
from 06:00 hrs   Pre-processing and distribution for own sales and external sales
until 08:30 hrs   Data exchange between trade partners
from 09:00 hrs   Forecast procedures compliant to through-put regulations
from 10:00 hrs   Exchange of through-put results
until 14:30 hrs   Deadline for forecast registration through-puts next day
from 14:30 hrs   Data back-up, maintenance, customer administration, if necessary data retrieval from lines without through-put implications
