In liberalized energy markets tight time-lines are set by the basic regulations
(Germany: VVII; Grid Code; Distribution Code and Metering Code) for the
handling of all processes in which all market partners have to collect
and interchange data among themselves. Only by strict adherence to these
time slots all partners are enabled to bill their products ( energy, grid-transportation,
input, generation etc.) efficiently and correctly and/or to establish
and register their schedules for the next day well in time.
